These service agreements are related to our wireless smart home automation systems, in case you are looking for a service agreement for our wired KNX system, please contact us!
* The customer is granted a special discount for any smart home products upgrade.
** Any extra visits more than the number of visits per quarter in the agreement type will be charges separately (2500 LE/Visit within Cairo and Giza Cities). The higher service agreement will benefit special discounts on the extra cost.
*** Our working hours are (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM) from Sunday till Thursday excluding the public holiday. A timesheet will be charges for any overtime work. The higher agreement will benefit special discounts on the extra cost.
**** In case of a defective products that is already out of warranty, the customer will be charged separately for a replacement. The higher service agreement will benefit special discounts on the extra cost.
